Record Ratings for the “Sing for Greece” Final and ERT1
The final of “Sing for Greece 2026” recorded ratings records both in the total audience and in the commercial demographic, ranking first among the eight finals organized by ERT since 2011.
The glamour and energy of last night’s show were also reflected in the ratings charts, with the average audience share among men (18–24) reaching 45%, and ERT1 ranking first across all audiences among television stations.
In the commercial demographic (18–54), the audience share reached 30.5%, while 2,664,000 viewers watched the final for at least one minute.
The show was watched with the same undiminished interest and anticipation across all audiences, as the average audience share reached 43% among children and women (18–34) and 34% in the same age category among men.
It is also noteworthy that, at a peak minute, the audience share among men (18–24) reached 74%.
To these high figures must also be added ERTFLIX, where views exceeded 360,000, with 60% coming from mobile phones.
The final also went viral on social media, with the hashtag #SingForGreece ranking first on X (formerly Twitter).
The appointment with ERT is renewed for next May, when Akylas, with the song “Ferto,” will take to the stage to represent Greece at the 70th Eurovision Song Contest, in Vienna.
