Fokas Evangelinos, creative director of Greece’s participation in Eurovision 2026 with the song “Ferto”, gives his first exclusive interview to the ERT1 show “EurovisionGR”, on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at 17:00.

The acclaimed director and choreographer speaks to Kelly Vranaki and Thanos Papachamos about his collaboration with Akyla and the preparations for the visual representation of the song that will represent Greece on the Vienna stage, where the 70th Eurovision Song Contest will take place.

Fokas Evangelinos has linked his name with iconic performances in the Eurovision Song Contest and has won first place twice, one of which was the beloved “My Number One” by Elena Paparizou, which gave Greece the victory in 2005.

With his many years of experience in directing major performances and events, including Eurovision, Fokas Evangelinos will speak on the show “EurovisionGR” about the backstage of major performances, the constantly increasing stage demands, as well as the trends shaping the biggest music show on the planet.

The show “EurovisionGR” is broadcast on ERT1 every Saturday and Sunday at 17:00.

Akyla, with the song “Ferto”, with a performance bearing the creative signature of Fokas Evangelinos, will represent Greece on the Eurovision stage in Vienna, in the first half of the First Semi-Final, on Tuesday, May 12, 2026.
