Victor Vernicos – Bio

Victor Vernicos is a singer and songwriter.

He was born in 2006, in Athens, Greece to a Greek mother and a Danish father. He started piano lessons at the age of four, vocal courses at the age of eight, and guitar lessons soon followed. At the age of 11, Victor composed his first song.

The last two years have been very productive for the young Greek artist, as he is studying Music Technology and continues to produce his own music.

The 16-year-old musician was selected by public vote and ERT juries to represent Greece in the Eurovision Song Contest with the song «What They Say». He is the youngest-ever contestant to represent Greece in the music competition.

«What They Say» is an emotional ballad composed by Victor himself and is based on a personal experience.
