Strong international promotion for “Ferto” in Norway and Finland
The promotion of Greece’s entry for Eurovision 2026 continues dynamically, with Akyla “traveling” the song “Ferto” and its message to Norway and Finland.
On Saturday, March 21, 2026, Akylas performed “Ferto” at the Nordic Eurovision Party in Oslo, exciting the thousands of fans who attended the show. The closing of his performance was particularly impressive, as Greece’s representative sang the chorus of “Ferto” a cappella together with the audience. During his stay in Oslo, Akylas met with members of the Greek community in the city, while also giving interviews to dozens of media outlets, speaking about the message of “Ferto.”
Akylas also met with Greeks in Finland. On Sunday, March 22, 2026, Greece’s representative, to the sounds of “Ferto,” met with members of the Greek Association of Finland; they spoke with him, took photos together, and offered him their warm wishes for good luck.
The visit to Helsinki held more surprises. A standout moment was Akyla’s meeting with Finland’s representatives at Eurovision 2026, Linda Lampenius and Pete Parkkonen. The artists of this year’s Eurovision exchanged gifts and wishes for good luck in the Contest and shared thoughts about their performances on the Vienna stage. Akyla’s trip to Finland also included numerous interviews with the country’s media, among them the public broadcaster Yle.
The next stop in the promotional campaign of Greece’s entry is Cyprus.
