Greece to Compete in the First Semi-Final
Greece will compete in the first half of the First Semi-Final of the 70th Eurovision Song Contest, on 12 May 2026.
The allocation of countries to the two Semi-Finals was determined by a draw that took place today, 12 January 2026, in Vienna and was broadcast live on ERTFLIX, with interpretation into Greek.
The draw also determined in which of the two Semi-Finals the so-called “Big 4” (France, Germany, the United Kingdom and Italy), as well as the host country, Austria, which automatically qualify for the Grand Final, will vote.
The 70th Eurovision Song Contest will be held in Vienna, Austria, from 12 to 16 May 2026.
